1. Acceptance of Terms This section establishes that by using your service, the user agrees to abide by your rules. "By accessing or using the AI Typing Service (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms') and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service." 2. Services Provided Define what your AI service actually does. "The Service provides users with access to an Artificial Intelligence-powered tool designed to assist with text generation, editing, and content creation based on user-provided prompts and parameters." 3. User Accounts and Security Rules for creating and maintaining accounts. Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords. You reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms. 4. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses (Crucial for AI) This is the most important section, setting rules for what content the user cannot generate. Illicit Content: You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful. Harmful Use: Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, violent threats, promotion of illegal acts, or content violating intellectual property rights. Spam/Abuse: Excessive or automated use designed to overload the system is strictly forbidden. 5. Intellectual Property Rights (Input and Output) Clarify who owns the prompts (input) and the generated text (output). User Input: "You retain ownership of any original content (prompts, data) you submit to the Service." AI Output: "Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and create derivative works from the content generated by the Service ('AI Output') for commercial or non-commercial purposes." Note: You must also state that the AI Output may not be unique or original and you do not warrant that it doesn't infringe on third-party rights. 6. Fees, Payments, and Refunds Reference your separate policy (like the one we discussed earlier). "Access to certain features of the Service requires payment. All fees are set out on our pricing page. Our Refund Policy governs all refund requests and is incorporated into these Terms by reference." 7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability Protect your business by acknowledging that AI has limitations. Accuracy Disclaimer: "The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI Output. Use of the Service is at your sole risk." Liability Limitation: Include a clause limiting your liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, typically to the amount the user paid in the last 12 months. 8. Termination State your right to terminate the agreement and the user's right to cease use.
